What we do
Consumer iOS software, built end to end
Waypoint Digital LLC is an independent mobile application development studio registered and based in Texas. We design and build consumer iOS applications that use advanced device hardware — cameras, depth sensors, and augmented reality — to solve problems that are genuinely physical.
Every stage happens in house: product definition, interface design, engineering, testing, App Store submission, and the support that follows release. There is no outsourced development and no white-labelled template underneath.
How we work
Few products, maintained properly
Most of what makes a hardware-dependent app work cannot be discovered at a desk. Our development cycle assumes field testing: builds go out to real conditions, results come back as concrete defects, and the next revision answers them.
We prefer focused tools to bundled suites. An application that does one thing accurately is more useful than one that does eight things approximately, and it is far easier to keep correct over time.
Products
BreakTrace
Our current product is BreakTrace, an iOS application that uses LiDAR scanning and augmented reality to measure the slope of a putting green and display the read on the surface itself. Further products are in development.
